Review of Nokia N95 8GB
Marketed as “the most technologically advanced smartphone ever”, the Nokia N95 8GB boasts a range of astonishing and useful features, including GPS satellite navigation, a 5 megapixel camera complete with autofocus, 3G video calling and much more. There has however been debate within the mobile phone industry as to whether it can live up to the hype.
Look and Design
As is usual for phones containing so much advanced technology, the Nokia N95 is noticeably larger than most other phones on the market today. Despite boasting a sliding cover design, the phone weighs 120g and is more bulky than an average mobile phone. Yet despite the larger handset, the buttons on the phone are concealed beneath the slide cover and offer a useful alternative to the more visible navigation system (although the slide cover includes a 5-way menu button which can be used when the phone is closed). However, the manufacturers have designed the phone in a range of colours (silver, black and red) for a more attractive look.
